Gold Buyers?
   

I know how to sell silver items at a better price, but is there a way to do the same for gold items?

No. Just sell them to some merchant, nobody is willing to give you a fair price for it.

The only gold item you can sell at a better price is the ore nugget. In the gold mine (addon) there is a smith that will pay 10 gold for each nugget (instead of 3) . . .
