| Where can I find a key to the Sewers? |
|
A couple of questions i have if anyone can help 
I want to be able to finish the quest Lord Andre sent for me to do. "Find out about the Thieves Guild.."
Where can i get the skill to Pick Pocket??
Who is Atilla and where can i find her?
Lastly,How Can i open the chest in the Town's Store room, that is guarded by that guard., i can pick the lock to the second chest but not the first.

You could just scroll down a bit and look for other posts

You will be able to learn pickpocket in the thieves guild.
As for the second locked chest, I have no idea how to open it. And I haven't seen anyone here posting that this is possible.

Jesper is in the thieves guild in the sewers. So, you have to get access to it first.
Solve quests in described in the post I have sent you. As a result you will communicate with Attila and get the key to the sewers.
