It will go something along the lines of:
"To all those gothic 2 fans who are eargerly awaiting our official announcement of the final release date of the international/English version of gothic 2, we are now proud to announce that we are in fact completely incompetent when it comes to international distribution.
Of course, any of you who have had previous experience with us in this regard (namely Rally Trophy) will no doubt not be at all surprised by this announcement. It is true that we do indeed have the reputation of not being able to meet initial release estimates and quite often even release patches on our web sites only to be forced to remove them hours later because we didn't realise they were not yet ready for public distribution. This at least proves that we are not bias in our complete incompetence, but instead excel at being incompetent in all areas of our operation.
We do not see it as our job to inform you, the deserving fans of gothic 2, as to why the release has been so delayed. We refuse to indicate which factors are at fault, be it the language translation, voice overs, legal proceedings, whatever. However, having said that, we would like to make it clear that if we did in fact see this as part of our distribution obligations, we would indeed be completely incompetent in this regard also.
Luckily for us, various developers seem to be pleased with our incompetent method of international distribution as many titles are awarded to us for our own personal incompetent delayed distribution.
Another announcement will be forthcoming in the next couple of weeks. Of course, as many of you know, we are as skilled at scheduling such promised announcements as we are everything else.

this looks like a very accurate prediction. My prediction (based on what plex keeps telling us)
We will be having another press conference shortly, a date for that conference will be announced in 2 weeks, at that conference we will give a date for the conference when we announce the official release date.

I think I heard them say:
"In two weeks, we will release a two week announcement that states that in only two weeks, the game will be released two weeks later (grant a two week 'guessing' period for the real release date)(also grant that grant an extra two weeks, just in case).

Well, I myself keep optimistic and even if that fails... I still have to finish
