is there any place(anyone one) who will train for dexterity, besides the soldier who teaches cross bow at the barracks ? thanks. rev.

Lares will teach you up to 30 dex.I will tell you again militia aren't worth to bother with.If you join Merc Torlof can teach you how to raise up to 90.
