If i remeber this correctly you can buy blank runestones from some magician at the monestary.

MAgician in monastery mentioned by daneman is called Gorax. If you buy blank runestones from him every chapter should collect more then 10. I was buying all of them cause I hope taht in add-on I can taste some mage`s magic. |
