Does Mud do anything? Does he have any significant importance to the game? Will he give me his vote or help me in a fight? Or should I just beat the crap outa him and take his weapon? Also, I didn't get Whistler's Sword, is this a problem?

use search button (right_upper corner).

hint: Mud is not needed for quests in this game, so you can kill him (but why should you kill someone who is innocent, just little bit stupid )

I don't know why,but I always felt guilty after getting Mud killed or bashing his face in. Always reloaded heh. I gave up on him after he got stuck and fell off a cliff trying to get to me.

Mud is maybe most frequent topic of our discisions
We know about him definetly more than programers of this game:

- he is Gomezs illegitimate child
- his first name is Bartolomeus
- his wife Mrs. Mud is registered on this forum
- his son Mr. Mud junior is registered on this forum
- he is gay
- he love make love with molerats
- he has pink teddy
- his greatest love is Max Killen - exalted potentate (also registred on this forum)

And that is just short list...

You don't need whistler's sword it's just one of many Old Camp quests to impress Diego, but even if you want to join the OC there are enough other quests to impress him.

Does Mud do anything? Now what kind of question is that? I'll have you know that he does a lot. He's a wonderful husband, a devoted father and a pillar to the community. The only problem was when he put on one of my nightgowns, purely in fun, mind you. Anyway, someone saw this and he was arrested and sent to the Old Camp. And as far as "beating the crap outa him", well you'll have to answer to me if you ever hurt him

Kill Mud. Then chop him into a thousand pieces, take them to Snaf, and tell him it's fresh Scavenger meat.

If the pieces are small enough, he won't be able to tell the difference...

Mud is there to help you.
He trainning you to be a basterd.
He lets you beat him up, then you must catch him. So you can do it again.
Mud is so nice.
