Ears of Stirge and Delilah?

Where are Stirge and Delilah? I've been along the south road [the directions for Stirge] and the East raod [directions for Delialh] no luck..... any clues anyone?
I also note that Lesgar has no known whereabouts - can you help?
I guess I'll find Zor on my way to Luskan....I hope

Stirge is in a little cove off to the side of the road in a huge hollow tree. When you enter the zone, do a "left hand search" and you'll run into him.

Delilah's easy to find. She's probably watching you talk to the archaeologists from her upstairs window.
