Argh!

The title of this thread pretty much expresses my feelings at this point in time.

Not only has Innos stolen my sneaking abilities, but I can't find a person who can train my dex past 60! I'm a members of the Paladins, and none of the Pal trainers offer dex training. Torlof won't train me, the thieves guild lady is dead, and Diego wont train until "business" picks up. Is there anyone else who can train me? Or was specializing in bow for the Paladins simply a bad idea?

Feros in the old castle can teach you dexterity till 70.
Diego can teach you till 100, but only, if you solve the two quests "Diego's gold" and "Diego's business" (I only played the german version, the designation in english can be different). And you may not ask it before for you done both quests.
At chapter 6 Lares and Torlof train your dex till 100.
