How do you get into palace vivec, Is there a key, or do you have to use a spell?

There is a key, but you usually get that as part of the main quest.
However, a 100pt spell or scroll of Open should do the trick.

Where do you get the key, I just beat dagoth ur last week, so does someone tell you the king wants to see you, or give you the key?

Uh, if you think you beat dagoth ur last week, and you've never been inside Palace Vivic, then remember Ur's last words, "we'll meet again."
Either follow the main quest, unlock the door through some other means, or, well, who might have a key to a Holy Palace? Hmmmm.... Perhaps some high ranking priest, though I doubt they'd part with it easily.

What do you mean, If i I think I beat dagoth ur, I did, last Saturday.You must mean,you have to get the wraithguards, to beat dagoth ur, no, I have the xbox version, so, I can fill my health up at anytime,so I could use keening,and sunder without dying, because, I would heal, after,I got low health.Oh and,dagoth ur never said we'll meet again.And I used a 100 pt spell, but The door wouldn't open.

For killing the priest, I got permanatly expelled from the temple, oh well, I really dont care!

rpgmaster, your grammar is terrible! You use no capital letters and you put no spaces after commas! It's horrible. I know this is off topic but I just couldn't stand it any more
