No... but I was even badder than that, it's from a French movie.
Sorry Smoken, it's not from the Glass Key either. I was too quick in saying 'yes' because you sounded so convinced  , but since it's a bit very difficult, here's the solution:
It was Forestier in 'Le Petit Soldat' (which has nothing to do with Small Soldiers). That's a movie about the war in Algier.
