That was the album name, Val, although it's also a song title. There's much better songs on the CD, though. They fit into a sound I'd call "ethereal goth with teeth". MP3.com has a couple tracks left, along with a pointer to the band's website. I'd recommend looking for these tracks: "How It Came to Be This Way" and "The Waiting".
