TES: Can someone PLEASE help me fix this...

Alright, I've recently installed a couple of mods (Bittercoast sounds, Tom the Merchant, Hideout behind Cauis's curtain, Richcreeper, and NewTutorial) and since doing this, my game runs and looks like crap. I go below 3 FPS when fighting anything bigger than a rat, which didn't happen before, PLUS my textures look HORRIBLE. Either their resolution or detail has dropped or something... but, I'm looking for a way to fix it. I've backed up my saves from before the mods, however, I've acquired some very good items during the time I spent using them, namely Daedric weapons.

Can anyone give me advice on how to fix this without getting the old and first .esm file, modifying it with the NO-CD patch, then updating it to 1.1 again... Not only that, but, I'll lose the tweaking lines I've gotten off of the boards to use since I have a GeForce2.

I would first suggest that you turn off the mods (if you loose items etc. do not save). If that doesn't work, I can only suggest a re-install.
