My son needs help - Solved.
   

He is looking for "The Duke of Morrowind". I blew an early house quest and never bothered to go back and try to fix it, so I have no idea where to look for this guy. Can you help?


PS - I had suggested Vivec, or the Castle (Lionheart?) just to the West of Vivec. Was I close?

Thanks for reading, but no need to go further ... I found what I needed it is Duke Vedam Dren in EBONheart.
