Okay then, everyone needs to gather wood like mad and turn it to charcoal for making all of the iron needed.

I’m sorry to say that I may be bowing out of the rest of the beta. With Bioware looking to hire a writer, with no previous experience in the industry necessary, I’m probably going to eat, sleep, and breathe my submission for the next week or so. So I don’t know if I’ll have the time or energy to put into atitd. Sorry guys.

Good luck with your submission! I hope it goes well.

Btw, if you plan to leave, can you make your stuff guild owned please?

Goodluck, give us your stuff.
You're funny Val.

BTW. I went and watered the vines. I went back after 2 hours and it says I can take a clipping in another hour on one and another 28 minutes on the other.... stupid vines..... I'll go back shortly and get the clippings and harvest etc. Just thought I''d keep you updated.

Update on the Update.

The grapes off the vine that had a zero life are in the food tent.

I finally got a clipping from the other vine (it's life is 6) and used it to grow more grapes on the other one that had the life of zero. I was a bit concerned, I thought you said I could get three clippings, or did you mean in 7 hours I could get another clipping and then in another 7 another clipping? I've confused myself and just wanted to check I haven't done anything wrong that will damage the groups grape growing ability.

Don't worry. Those vines already were low on life when you started tending them. I also have extra clippings in my private chest if something goes wrong with the vines, so relax. You're doing fine.
I'll check the vines when I get home from work. But then I need to sleep some because I work the grave again tonight.

Just as long as there are spares.

Thanks Val.

I'll get back on in another 2 hours and give them a water.

Just so you guys know, Makaio from the Hand of Ra guild is helping to make charcoal and iron in exchange for a barrel. He has a charcoal brazier so I thought I'd take him up on the offer of helping us.
I admitted him to the guild while he works to help us.

I also made over 1000 charcoal for making iron for pinch rollers. So if someone wants to start making iron before I get back online, you are welcome to use that charcoal.

Don't forget that Charcoal Braziers can only be used by those with Science of Charcoal skill.

I was not implying you were. You certainly need the skill to build it, but it is not necessarily obvious to everybody to have to have the skill to use it as well. Many items you can use without having the skill required to build them. For example, you can use rock saws, without having rock saw construction skill from SoA.

On a side note, I'd like to do a little "test the waters" pitch.

Amira and Ahmeses, currently the founders of Seven Lakes Tribe and previously the founders of The Northern Tribe will be forming Tribes in Live. Our plans are grand but not yet solidified. We are looking for potential guild members and future guild leaders. If you (you being anybody here) are interested in this exciting opportunity, please come forward for future consideration. We are not yet recruiting, but would like to have a pool of potential recruits when the time comes.
