Key of Heaven (PSP) Preview @ Eurogamer |
|
A hands on preview for Key of Heaven for the Playstation Portable is up for perusal on the Eurogamer site.
But the good news is that Key of Heaven is showing a lot more promise. Developed by Climax, it's an action RPG with a distinctly Oriental flavour. You play as Shinbu, a former disciple of the Seiryu clan who got kicked out for happyslapping his master and posting it on his blog. Oh all right, for attempting to read what was written on the 'Monument of Secrets' - something only the hardest of the hard are permitted to do.
You can read the rest and see a couple of screenshots at Eurogamer. |

Just to note that this is actually Kingdom of Paradise:
As noted in the PSP RPG review here:
quote:
Kingdom of Paradise (My Score 3.5/5, Rated T) Kingdom of Paradise is a great looking game with an excellent combat system but not much else. It is a game that starts strong and immerses the player in the mythology and settings, but quickly fades into a series of combat encounters in various settings with little other impetus to keep the player motivated. This is made worse by generic sounds and an overpowered Chi Arts system. It is never bad, but never great. When taken as an action-combat game it is a solid effort; but as a role-playing game it is lackluster. Read my full review at GamerDad.
