Personally, my thief will steal for the pleasure of it,and wont sell a single stolen treasure back for cash. I may bury it in some hidden location and spread a few treasure maps about.

This whole Apprentice VS. Mage is annoying me. I will have (I think)

190 Magicka with a High Elf + Apprentice -50% Magic Resistance
140 Magicka with a High Elf + Mage

But now, I ask, will the 50% more magic damage hinder me? Is the Apprentice only for a Breton? Thanks.

heres what i have come to understand, atranoch is better for later in the game when your a high level and aprrentice is good for the beggining and mid game

Yes, but Apprentice Vs. Mage! With the Atronach: if the magic isn't absorbed, I don't think little Timmy will fare too well.

I think I am leaning towards Mage for my High Elf, and Apprentice for my Breton.

thinking of who i actually wanted to be in such a rich and artistic looking game was a fresh and interesting aproch to antisipating a game.

for my first run of the game i tink im playing an drifter.someone who has lived through cold reactions and encounture's with other creatures in general.he hunted and killed what he had to when he had to. and he feels the same way about individuals who disturbe what he deems in life to be beautiful or great things. so he kills who he wants to kill,
he seeks experiences and sights.he loves the wilderness and the slow study if it all.he will be a fine hebalist/alchmeic person. he will be amazing with a bow and fast and brutal with melee. he also has a weakness to travel through other peoples houses and belongings.finding things he thinks he deserves or will appreciate things more.
he is looking to make a living of his own life.

race:woodelf or darkelf(ill have to see the in game numbers before decideing but i like the added agilty related things and marksmen)
birthsign:the shadow.
he will know how to use his rare gift of ivisiblity to disapear when he no longer wishes to be seen. whne he needs to get to a better place in battle and to watch an animal play.
major skills:atheltics(to fit his lifestyle more)
sneak,acrobat,marksmen,alchmey
minor skills:light armour,longsword,mystiscm,enchant

i loved the idea that someone had of a soul theif. making a lifing off of the very souls of others.awsome idea.

i also plan to have my charater towards th end of the game or while im very into the game i want to become a vampire,become drunk with power and evil and lust and then calm myself and dream for day agiain and de vampire my self then killing the whole vampire culture for pissing me off.believing myself justified becasue i understand them and hate them for placing so much contril over myself.

sorry for the spelling eh?i just spit that out before closing my eye's.

i also want to add that i want my charater class name i came up with to better help you folks what type of action im looking for my first time around marrowwind.
archer/alchemist/theif/woodsman/philsopher/colector
he will move around the battle filed at long rangers and work his way in and around enimes using speed and stealth and my birthsign given ablity to become invisable. in tunnels i use enchaced mundane equipment and swords. aiding myself with potions.
i will be above around society useing it to my benifits and do favors for the houses of the island to gain things for myself.


any way.
thats all i can picture him as now.my brain slipped out of my ear again and frantically bite my shoulder.my arm is completly numb.

This is what I'll go with tomorrow... Really more of an Indiana Jones type than Lauara Croft, but I couldn't figure out how to turn Indiana into a Khajiit name. He will always prefer quick reflexes and smooth talking to the sword...but he's got a blade and knows how to use it.

Thanks. Truth be told, I haven't yet made a thief character... I have been crunching Breton VS. High Elf and Mage VS. Apprentice Numbers. I'll make one soon, though.

My goal for this character is to have a quick magic user that is light on her feet and hard to pin down. I went with Wood Elf and Lover for their synergy with AGL and its abilities. The lover also plays into the double entandre with enchantress, as she will be actively using the skill for combat and profit as well as hoping to lure enemies in for that kiss of death. Unarmored is a vanity decision as having this leaf-dancer in plate just for protection seems like a travesty. If enemies aren't dropped from a distance with an enchanted arrow, clean up the rest. Alteration is hopefully to layer some magical protection on top of the unarmored ability.
