| Need Videofiles to the-sleepermeeting |
|
Hey..
I welly need the videofile(s) to the sleeper meeting.....
Because when i put in the swords (you know) it will show an video, but insted it go out to windows....plz help
Plz enyone...

i think gothic MOD player-kit has an option for extracting files(but it was a while i used it, so i don't really remember).

HWFanatiC is right, you can extract the files with the mod kit - extracted videos will wander into the _work/DATA/video directory.
If you did a full install the video will be on your HDD - the name of the file in question extro.bik I think (anyway, it's in .bik format). You'll need a BINK player to watch them.

Not necessary. You can watch the videos with the Bink player from www.radgametools.com .

Thanks for all the answers, but the mod-player or what else you wanna call it wont pack alle files out....
It says error at the end....
But the whole thing was about the Video-files.....
Where can i get em, or what can i do to that (go out in windows) problem......?

Okay, once again. The videos are somewhere in the Gothic directory on your harddisc. You can download the Bink Player from the URL above and watch them with this player. No need to start Gothic.

I am not quite certain but may be you should try the "knokator" code while you`re in the Status Screen in the game. Unfortunately i haven`t had a chance to check whether this code is true or not because my S3TrioV64+ with 4 megs VRAM on board doesn`t support...you know what to play Gothic. So i`m sorry in advance if my offer isn`t an option. Good luck!

Hmmmm.....Mabye U cant understand, but now u'll do.....
When i get to the SLEEPER in the SLEEPERS temple........put in the swords in it's heards.....the game chrashes down because it needs an videofile....I deleted the videofiles because i nedded the disk-space.....i always do!!
Isn't there a program or something that says (example) = - (like +) -video's....
I dont wanna see the videos, or yes but i dont have em, and i just need then so i can get further i the game....

Then reinstall. If you have the original CD, the videos will be installed with the game. If you don't have a CD - well, what shall I say, we don't support piracy.
If you want to know how the game goes on after you insert the 5th sword... read on.
SPOILER:
The game is over after you insert the 5th sword. There's an ending FMV and the credits.

Okay, then all you have to do is free up enough disk space, copy your save to a safe location, reinstall the game, copy your files back, load the save, pierce the last heart and watch the end of the game.
Gothic II will be released in Germany on Nov 29th. Other countries follow in Q1/2003.
