Slaves,ghosts And Sumoning Skeletons

a few questions :-

1. I have a slave how do i give him cloths , weapons etc.....???
2. What is the best way of dealing with hostile ghosts (swords dont seem to work nor does my majic

)
3. I got the skeletons but my skill isnt high enugh, what skill do need to practiced?

1-Dunno, but I think you can't. Sometimes it is available from the same menu where the Persuasion, barter, training, etc.
2-Try Silver Swords. If you're playing on XBox, then also glass swords. Or any enchanted weapons.
3-Conjuration. It's very hard to train if you're not a mage. But you should try tomake a "cantripe", a spell with a very small duration, that costs little magicka. Then train on it.
