Help killing GREATER Bonelords

Okay, I can kill the lesser and regular bonelords no problem because their spit that lowers endurance/strength only lasts a short time. However, the Greater Bonelords cast something that lowers Strength and Endurance seemingly permanently! Every time I fight one of those bastards they drain me to 0 end/str.

Anyone have a good strategy for fighting these things?

I assume your a warrior by your remarks. I try getting one on one with them and strafe around them till I get rooted by the lack of strength and then just wail away and use a few health potions. When it is over I use a potion to restore str and end potion to get back to normal. The potions can be a pain carrying enough of them, just wait till you get further in the game and everything does some kind of ability reducing poison or spell.
