To add to my previous post:
I played MW on this PC:
Athlon 800 Mhz
256 SDRAM 100 Mhz
GForce2 GTS

Resolution 1024*768 and nearly everything high (I mean something between average and highest).
Later I upgraded to GForce 4Ti 4200 (everything else stayed same) and because I bough also new monitor (19 inch), I set resolution 1600*1200 and set shaders on. It is again fully playeable. There are some areas with slowdowns, mainly large towns such as Balmora. FPS is good enough for RPG such as Morrowind (I do not need 100 FPS like in CounterStrike or Quake 3).
