| why the heart of the ice(I think) golem needs 500mana???? |

well I had always this question to my mind:why the heart of the ice golem needs over 500 mana to cast as the other two hearts (stone and fire) need normall levels of mana to cast?... anyone plz....

Is no one going to answer this?
I have some notes:when you kill the ice golem you get to things from it:
1)his heart: heart of an ice golem
2)a part of it:part of an ice golem
well one of those two needs over 500 mana to cast.
If I remember correct it was the heart. 
Did I helped you or not?

I checked it out and I was wrong at two things
First the second thing you get from the Ice Golem is called Piece of an Ice Golem and that is which needs over 500 mana to cast.
BUT MY QUESTION REMAINS.......

I have my own theory about this. The Heart of an Ice Golem requires so much mana to cast because it is raw magic energy, not reduced to an easier-to-cast rune form. If you think about it it makes sense.

maybe authors wanted to dissabled using this powerful artifact?
but, if that, why? when i was searching xardas tower I have a plenty of rune's like Freezing Wave or Fire Storm so ice golem's hearth is rubbish :].
