I was wondering if NPCs will react to your class? Are the beast like races hated or feared? Will they be given higher prices at stores?
I am actually playing an Imperial since they fit my character idea more, but I am curious.

yes they will react to your class. In addition to that, they will react to: your faction, your personal standing with them and your clothes

One of the devs posted something about that on the bethesda forum. Apparently the protaganist will be an 'outsider' in the beginning of the game, so they'll dislike and distrust you regardless of class or race. It's only later, after you've made faction choices and interacted with individual npc's that they will either love or hate you. |

I saw the dev. post about everyone being "outsiders" at first. But further into the game, all else being equal, will say an elf (since they are the predominant race on Vaardenfell) have an easier time of it than an Argonian?

Are there going to be any Fallout-esque NPC related extras (Getting married, ect.) ?

well, yes, there will be differences, because you will have advantages with Nords if you are a Nord yourself, for example.
And Marriage - I don't think so.
