Tribunal quest problem...

I'm having trouble with the quest given by Almalexia where I have to go to the Dwemer ruins that opened up when the fabricants attacked. I can see a ladder in the middle of the Statue but I can't get down it. Is there another way or am I just doing something wrong? I hope people still check this forum

Thanx in advance.

It can be a bit tricky to get at the ladder because of the statue above (and around), but actually there's no trick involved. Just click the ladder and climb down.
If it doesn't work, try again from all possible angles.

Yeah I got it finally. I just had to keep moving my crosshair over it till it showed up as a door.
I did however load up the area in TES and find out where it went to so I could just put it in the console if i had to. If anyone else needs the info and doesn't want to dick with it just bring up the consonsole and type in
code:
coc "bamz-amschend, hearthfire hall"

type this in exactly as it appears and hit enter, good luck.
thanks for the reply.
