| Cant open some chest and doors |
|
I trainned my lockpicking to the max. I still cant open the chest in the leader of the old camp( forgot the name) and the door that leads into the basement, the one when u go pass Scorpion and down a small ladder.
Is it cuz i need a key? usually when u need a key ur not even supposed to be able to try lock picking no?
And is it worth it to go there anyways? i already stole everything else and nobody has ever enough ore to buy all i got anyways..
whats the deal with gold coins? i have like 12k and cant do squat about them...

Some chests/doors require a specific key. Yet it is worth going through the door behind Scorpio, but only later on in the game.
About the gold coins: they were used as the main currency in the Kingdom of Myrtana, and henceforth in the colony before Gomez took over. You won't need them anywhere in the game. |

There are a couple of doors that require a key, but do not HAVE a key in the game. One was probably intentional and the other an oversight (or the quest involving it was deleted due to ship deadline). Fortunately, there's nothing of great import behind them.
At least one of these doors does get a key (as part of a new quest) in the GoldenMod.
