Useing the RPGDot 'Games Database', I found the website http://www.forestia.co.kr/korea/main/mainframeset.html
However the game is only avalible in Korea, and if you don't speak Korean then the address won't do you much good.

This is from RPGDot's 'first impression' http://www.rpgdot.com/index.php?hsaction=10053&ID=149
"To no surprise they told me that the game would be released in Europe in the summer of 2002 and after that they want to release it in the states as well (although no time has been given for that)."
