OK, this might be a little obtuse (not that I'm underestimating you!), but here goes:
XMen and Way Of The Gun - name another film that links them, and explain why. |

Hmm the only link I can think of is The Usual Suspects.
If memory serves me correctly (and it does now I have checked the back of the DVD boxes ) then the link is that Xmen was directed by Bryan Singer who also directed The Usual Suspects. The Usual Suspect was written by Christopher McQuarrie who also wrote Way of the Gun. Therefore the link is that the director of X men worked with the writer of Way of the Gun on The Usual Suspects.
I'm not sure if this is the link you want and I may be way off but it's worth a guess. _________________ "The optimist proclaims that we live in the best of all possible worlds; and the pessimist fears this is true."

Got it in one! Obviously not as obtuse as I thought
Yep, that's exactly what I was thinking (McQuarrie directed Way of the Gun too, as well as writing it - his 1st as director). Also (I didn't know this til I checked), another film would've fit the bill: before Usual Suspects, McQuarrie and Singer teamed up on "Public Access," but I don't know anything else about that film.
Nice one, Kendrik. Your turn... |

Bah I gotta stop guessing as I'm finding it more difficult to come up new ones. OK here's an easy one
American Beauty
Gladiator
Armageddon
One hint - it's got nothing to do with The Academy Awards (or any other awards for that matter). _________________ "The optimist proclaims that we live in the best of all possible worlds; and the pessimist fears this is true."

They were all nominated for their music? (Against better judgement I went for the awards) _________________ Moderator and Council Magician of the RPGDot Shadows

Still not the answer I was looking for. Think about the story of the movies. _________________ "The optimist proclaims that we live in the best of all possible worlds; and the pessimist fears this is true."
