I was just wondering when I'm supposed to get rid of it and if it is ok to give it to Milton in the Old Camp. If thats not the right person...oops...What did I miss out on not holding on to it?

If you're talking about the list you get in the old mine, then you miss out on joining the old camp, which isn't missing out on much. If that's not the letter, I don't know which you're talking about, so someone else can help you.

No, he's not talking about the Test of Faith list, he's talking about the letter you recieve in the beginning of the game.

Yes, you're supposed to give it to Milton, and he runs it up to the head Fire Mage, then comes back to tell you thanks and for you to select your reward from Torrez.

Somebody said you get a better reward if you donīt insist on being paid for the delivery.

One time I got no reward. He took the letter up and came back and didn't say a word to me.
