It opens a chest on an Island of the coast of Khorines, The island is inhabitant by some lizards, you can't miss it.

I also oppened all those chests without the key.I think the key is used somewhere in the secret location the Old Map leads you

The key is to the door right there under the steps behind her. It is a passage to the sewers and the theifs guild that saves you time and a bath in the sea.

The key from Hanna is to one of the chests on the small island. If you killed Cassia and got her small key, that key opens the same chest.
