Getting Key from Judge

Hey

I have 5 of the 6 blood chalices. Is there any way to get the key from the judge without beating him up? I don't want to add to my dex or spend points on pickpocketing? Does the sleep spell work?

Nope, sleep won't work. The only "legal" ways are pickpocketing and knocking him down or you can cheat and make him drop the key using the possess-option.
