Someone sad that you need to find a special tool, but where?

But it's someone (forgot the name^^) guards it.. Shall I use sleep on him, or what? It doesn't look like I can just ask for this hammer.

Jepp, send him to sleep.
You shouldn't geht any problems. If you bring back the hammer, it would be wise to use the forget spell on the guard. Otherwise, you could get some troubles....
