Farmland Vendors

Having no luck finding an NPC in the Farmlands area that can repair equipment.

Also, does anyone have any suggestions for a good NPC in the Farmlands area who stocks heal and magic potions?

There isn't really anyone in that area who is a merchant. Follow the roads northeast to the Rivertown market square. That's where the merchants are.
