| will this game work on my system??? PLEASE HELP!!! |
|
I was just wondering if this game will work on my system. I have been waiting for it for a long time but I don't want to buy it if it won't work. I have a P3 600 MHz, 256 RAM, TNT2 video card.
Can someone please tell me if they think the game will be okay on my system?

It looks like you are ok on everything except the vid card. I don't believe the TNT2 is supported by MW. I just upgraded from a Radeon LE 32MB (with hyperz enabled with Radeon Tweaker and clocked at 175MHZ) and that old vid card ran it pretty good. I recommend either that or a regular Radeon 32MB DDR, but the LE can be bought on www.pricewatch.com for about $39 with shipping. Pretty cheap upgrade if that's all you can swing financially. If you can go more, than I recommend a Radeon 8500 or a GeForce 3 Ti 200, both can be had around $200. (if want an OEM card, I saw ATI 8500 for about $140) Check pricewatch, and also check feature lists of whatever card peaks your interest. Feature list and clock speed is very important. You want to be able to enable pixel shaders on this one! |
