You can find 4 or more nuggets @ Dexter's tower.
I think there's 5 nuggest there. But I know at least 4. |

Well I have so far found three nuggets in the mine next to Dexters Tower. I have killed all the bandits and searched both towers, I even went further along into the second mine filled with undead but still three is all I have. Could you be a little more specific about where you found the nuggets. |

U get 3-4 from the cave next to dexters tower.
1 from halvor when u give him letter and buy his special fishes.
1 from the hunter in the valley of mines if u get him out.(chp4)
u get a couple more from other places but i cant remeber now. There are some ore in the castle. Hmm i think in the chest in the currently being repaired watch-tower of the castlle. Left side of main gate.
Sometimes in the cave dead bodies of minecrawlers stay on the ore nuggets so u cant see them. U have to wait for the bodies to disapper. |

Craptor, thanks for the specifics. Two quick questions, who is halvor and who wants me to give him a letter, and is it possible to find all the 5 nuggets needed to learn how to forge ore weapons in chapter 1 as I notice one of your suggestions is in the valley of mines, a place I don't want to go just yet. |

Halvor is a fish merchant in Khorinis. He has shop left from the brothel. Letter is probably the one found inside the fish but never someone wanted me to give it to him. This letter is a proof of Halvor`s connection to smuggling of robbed goods to the city that You can use in two different ways. I mean You talk to him but there are to ways of dealing with him. This is related to thieves guild joining plot. |

if you go to the pier where the ship is, and turn right if right after you pass the tunnel in the rock, jump over all the boxes. In the end of that *broadwalk* there is a piece of ore there, along with some money, 2 "old coins" whatever that's fore, and some other stuff. |

The "old coins" should be saved and taken to someone at Onar's farm

Is there much of a payoff on the old coins? I've picked up dozens of the damn things, but I could never remember who wanted to collect them, so I never found out if it was worth it. Not that I don't hold onto everything I find, but still. |

Guy in Onar's farm. He's in Onar's meeting/dinner room. Onar is there too during the day. That's how you'll find it.
His name is neat... Willix, I think.
Added: Just checked. Dexter's cave has FIVE lumps of Ore.
Three on the ground, and two on the wall.
btw, does anyone know what to do with 'Onar and Maria's plate' that you find in the chest @ Barracks? |

hmm, I remember that plate, I sold it though. Have you tried giving it to Onar? or Maria?
I found the coin guy, he's in Onar's room, his name starts on W (not Willy though)
he pays 1 gold/coin and you get bout 100 xp for the first coin. |

If you give the plate to Maria you'll get 200 exp and 50 coins...
As for W-whateverhisnameis, he only gives 10 exp and 1 regular coin for each gold coin. Not really much of a payoff, but I guess it's all you can do with the damn things. |
