Sir Patricks pad..

Can someone tell me how to access Sir Patricks house??

I can get to the first part obviously by walking through the front door. Then I can talk to Sir Pat.

In the rooms beyond, which is where I presume I have to go to find the title deeds, I can see a portal stone, so I have to "beam in" from elsewhere, yes?

But where from?

Have a look for a portal stone hidden behind some plants just inside the fence on the left side of the property.
