Because we have an educational system that encourages the advanced to slow down rather than rewarding those who are behind if they catch up. And I’d say that the public schools are even more inefficient, they have the same problem, but worse funding.
You got lucky, it did come in the mail today. *g* South East? Since when is Utah in the South East?
How come Europe gets to take an entire month off and the US doesn’t? |

Why is there not more concern about the lack of judicial restraint suddenly left on the US Supreme court now that two of the more traditional justices (four decented against Kelo ... two are left) have left in the last 3 months?
