I think so.

Jowood has started to post real news on the official site.
On the internet, some sites have done a good job. ( rpgdot, ttlg, rpgfrance, etc... )
But what about the other medias ( paper press, ... ) ?
What about the promotion for shops ?

What can we (as fans ) to promote Arx ?

-Maybe mention it on every game-site forum you can find on the net.
-Wearing a T-shirt, with a big logo of Arx.
-Make chain letters with friends. for every friend who gets the news about Arx, must pass the info to at least another two of his/her friends.

bis repetita... gothic's problem again!! It seems to me that Jowood tries to crash the games it sells... but that's my opinion.

JoWooD has little experience with foreign markets.

We will do our best to promote the game, because it is worth it. But most important is word of mouth.

JoWooD didnīt publish Gothic. Xicat was responsible for all foreign versions.

I agree with Rendelius, the best thing to do is word-of-mouth recommendation.
