I got 231 Strong healing potions and 200 something Strong Sorcery potions from a Breton in the plane of Oblivion during one of the daedric shrine quests. Necromancers also seem to drop a constant 20-30 of both Strong type of potion as well....don't think I will run out of potions anytime soon. |

I've never found more than 2 potions on any corpse, including the many Necros I've killed!!

I'm lucky to have 1 or 2 healing potions on me at any given moment. Might have something to do with me hating the oblivion planes, but still, it sounds a bit beugged to me to have so much!

Yeah, it's the shrine quest to get Goldbrand, he dropped 150 strong potions of each kind(or so) to me as well. To be honest, that single quest has given me more than anything else in the game, it's 10 minuttes of work and you get:
1) Probably the best sword in the whole game
2) Full Deadric Armor
3) A life-time supply of strong healing/mana potions
4) Lot's of high quality items to sell
