Does a packmule count as a character? |
|
I guess I've only been playing the game for like 10 hours. (This was from 2pm to midnight yesterday after I bought the game yesterday at like 1pm) I got to a point were I have 7 people(including myself) in my party plus a packmule. (I tried to pick up an 8th while I had 7 + packmule and I got some funky message telling me my party was full.) So, could I just disband the packmule and pick up an 8th party member? |

You could drop your mule, but they are very helpful for packing around that loot you'll find. Unless you plan on using transmute on items you don't want I'd keep at least 1 mule with you. |

How did you manage that??? I barly made it through the dwarven mines without throwing things away, and I had 6 characters and 2 mules. |

I didnt pick up normal things.
It is good to know that
1 powerful magic item = 100 - 1 000 good magic items = 10 000 - 100 000 normals items.
So why pick up normal items?
When you sell your things if you pick up all of them, ussually
2 things makes 90% of money you get and all other make 10%. |

This is especially true in the multiplayer, you have much less inventory to work with, and you very quickly reach the gold max of 9,999,999 gold.

Wow... sounds liek I should get rid of the mule and get another actual character...
ANy ideas on what combo would make the best party? I have 1 Archer (13 points) one Nature mage (7 I think, got him in stonebridge) One combat mage (8 points now) and 3 meelee fighters (7, 8, and 8 points)
Now I could be wrong about the exact point values, BUT they are all higher than the potental "partiers" you could find in the town after the Dwarven mine (cant remember the name...) |
