Dwarvin teleporter

I can't find the dwarvin Halls teleporter, is it in the Halls or outside? I'm chasing the west wall to the South direction fighting trolls but can't figure out where the teleporter is. And I've been thru the Halls.I'd appreciate any help.
And what is the highest character level?

how high can int, etc. stats go?
Again, thanks.

It's in the Dwarven Hall.

I never ran into any level cap or even a cap on my abilities.

Thanks Val

Thanks, I was walking right by it. Now I have them all. Your walkthru is just right! Many surprises await! I lost the key for the Poisned Harvest quest, apparently I fought the troll early on and put the key down somewhere and it disappeared(my fault) but otherwise the game is an absolute delight! Your enjoyment of the game carried over to your guides.

I'm glad you're enjoying the game. It really was a fun little adventure.
