The chromanin seekers

"The chromanin seekers"

Some years ago by some freak chance i managed to stumble upon a quest within the game of gothic that appears to have not been found by other gothic players, it was the "true" chromanin quest.
As there is some time left until G3 hits the shelves i am seeking to form a small user group of dedicated believers to openly discuss and to try to find a solution to this elusive riddle once and for all. If you read the "chromanin found" thread on the gothic general forum you will understand what it's all about.
Please volunteer to join in the group if you think you could positively contribute in some way, i hope you can as time is running out.

Wulf.

I never put to much time in this quest, as I thought it was a mere bug, or an unfinished quest by the developers. however, I do got a quest Item for that one once. if I recall correctly it was a book.

I will join, but I doubt there is a whole group needed for finding the solution to this one quest.

Actually more then a group would be needed since after reading some parts of the thread in Gothic General Section it seems the quest is triggered by something nobody knows of. Also we're not even sure if there is a quest but if there is none we know we at least tried, and IF we find the quest and solve it then ... hey great job. If we try then at least thought that we didn't try won't bug us.

Count me in Wulf.

I'm in too. Let's do it.

I've never actually joined a Usergroup before. What do I need to do? Anything? Or is this reply sufficient?

Well now, looks like we got some good guys here, we need 10 at least to get a private forum i believe, then after that we must keep a minimum of 7 members, and regular activity, and of course permission from Myrthos. Its too early to tell yet, but sure looks good at the moment, if all goes well there will be some setting out of the stalls and getting organised, can't wait, thanks you guy's

Yes, Wulf you can always count on me!

(but I have never been part of an user group, so I don't know exactly what it is)

I think some friends of mine will join this too as they have been searching for the man since this thread came out. In particular I've got a friend who'll get a serious computer soon and he'll try a lot for sure.

Anyway, I'M ALWAYS HERE!!! For The Riddle!

Excellent, we're gathering a good crew here, just another 4 or 5 will secure an application to Myrthos, the more membership above 10 makes a secure forum. If all goes well and a member gets tagged (maybe me?) then they become the group moderator. After the group is established, and each time you log on to rpgdot forums page, there will be an extra forum near the bottom of the page "the chromanin seekers" that can only be seen/accessed by the current group membership. After some days of settling-in, i'll arrange some basic stuff to start with, but i'm sure there is going to be some deep discussion and revelations! - - "I hope they're coming soon" (book 5).

Thread abridged. This forum's title is not "He took my sandbox scoop", so please keep your discussions at least somewhat professional.
And no, I don't care about who started it.

@Squeek

OF course some of my post(s) have been joking....tin foil hats But I do not regret any of my posts, and I don't regret looking for this quest. What I regret is letting my son fall for the hoax for so long. A simple question to a dev settled the matter, but my son paid for my delayed action.

Just let me re-assure any gothic player who may be interested, this true chromanin quest does exist, that is the truth, i would not dare lie to fellow gamers, as i could not bear to mis-represent the truth.

That is only one of many references to this "quest" truly existing. You are old enough to view evidence and make up your mind, but what about a child? You choose to ignore ALL evidence against this "quest", and blindly follow the words of two people....one of which has even abandoned his hoax. That is your right...have fun I choose to expose the hoax for what it is...an outright lie. That is my right.

If this group, or the other thread, was'nt claiming this "quest" as fact....but something that would be fun to look into, then who cares! That is not the case though....and I know of at least one person harmed by the lies. Until you see your child being hurt, you'll probably never understand.

why am i not getting notifyers nomore ?

@Uriziel
the problem whit quotes is that they dont come whit a time stamp
in the past there were MANY refs to the quest being 10,000% true
but i dont think that i've seen anyone do that lately

but maybe if you would make you feel better we should put somekind of warning label on the group
just an idea .. what you say wulf and everyone else ?
