@ Managarm:
The reason everyone else sucks at those sports is the same reason the US sucks at football (or Soccer as you call it). Its not a popular sport there so no one invests in it, and without investment there can be no training.
If the sport was popular in other countries, there is no reason they couldnt give you a run for your money. Foreign people are just as skilled as the US. Only difference is money.
In regards to the crappy players going to europe cuz they cant get in the NFL, thats because of the same reason. The sport is way too popular in the US for less than amazing players to get in the big teams, so they go where no one gives a rats arse about the sport so there wont be any competition.

I beg to differ on your comment about the U.S. sucking at soccer. A few years ago, the Women's team won the World Cup, and you saw how far the men's team got in the most recent World Cup.
