Need help with finding Ur-Shak
   

I killed every orc on the way to abandoned castle on the mountain, every orc inside of it, and I still can't find Ur-Shak... Where is he located at.. and is it possible to kill him accidenly...?

Are you sure you're at the right place? There aren't many orcs on the way up to the ruins. You could be at the orc camp itself. Just follow Val's instructions and look at the map.

Ur shak also doesn't appear until the time is right (When you've spoken to Xardas about him).
