i just got the quest from saturas to get the focus stones. but a little while ago i was given the choice: guard or mage? i chose guard thinking i could just bump up my mana, buy a few runes and be a good mage. i quickly discovered how wrong i was, i tried to casta rune of healing and then it tells me that i need mage levels for it. my question is this: can i possibly be a mage now that i am a guard in the old camp? if not a fire mage, what about a water mage, is there anyway to defect and start over? and the thing is i have saved 60 or 70 points so if i did become a mage, i could buy whatever skills i needed quickly. |

Try it again after the focus quest. He should accept you then. |

the wtaer mages will accept me or the fire mages? if its the water mages, will i have to change my allegances (from old camp to new) |
