Alright....CoH is great....the small fee to play isn't that bad for a game this great. I've been reading the boards and its supposed to be really good. Freedom Force looked good....but I didn't like multi-managing many chars all at once in continuous action.

I've decided that I'm going to break down and pay for ONE MMORPG. I can't decide which one though. It's between Everquest and City of Heroes. I think CoH is gonna win.

I'm looking forward to City of Heroes(even though I won't be able to play The Hulk due to copyright issues), although I am a bit disappointed that they chose not to have at least one pvp server on launch, so that everyone would be happy. I think they plan on a pvp server at a later date, but it still would have been nice to have it at launch since alot of people will not play a mmorpg if it doesn't have pvp in it. Personally, I don't care too much for pvp...though I admit it added excitement(and stress and frustration)to Ultima Online back when I was playing that.

Oh I LOVED Freedom Force.

According to IGN, Freedom Force 2 is already in development and not only that but it'll be much broader than the single player game of the original. They even said it'll be similar to X-Com and that your characters will have to explore a huge city. It sounds like they're implementing everything into it that I really wished had been available in the original game. I can't wait.

I thought about buying Freedom Force the other day....but I got Arcanum instead. One of the guys at the store said it sucked, oh well now I can wait for FF2.
