From what I see:
Cons:
New ability after defeating each boss. Come one guys, this is getting old. How about some originality please?
Hagan isn't dead?! Resurrecting old villains = old, very old. Shame on you!
Pros:
Looks like they want to spend more time on the story this round. Always a good idea.
heh, open season.
Making the game look pretty. Yeah, I like my eye-candy.
Some interesting level design, I just hope it doesn't turn into a con by being tedious.
Being able to effect the environment. Sometimes you just want to shoot a hail of bullets at a wall and spell out your name. *wink*
Tekken-style combat!! 35 to 40 combos will be awesome!
Refining the interface. Making it easier to use is always a good thing.
Keeping her signature powers and vision modes.
Overall, I'm looking forward to it.
