Hlervu Locket - Bal Molagmer quest #1

Ok, I got the locket, I put on the gloves and go up to Braynan Hlervu (I think that's his name) but when I click on the topic "Hlervu Locket" in dialogue he just tells me the story of how his locket was stolen and doesn't take the locket back. I repeatedly click it with no luck. WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THIS?!?! Anyone else have this bug or have a clue as to how I can fix it?

did you have the gloves on when you stole it, i think you have to have them on, i did that quest just yesterday and i had the gloves on when i stole it, and gave it to the guy
