Im just wondering, how do you get the furs, teeth, etc from something you kill? Just kill it and loot it like you normally would and it'll all be there?
Also, can you cook the raw meat you get?
Can you make your own armour with ore?
Can you mine your own ore?
Thanks in advance |

1. You must first be trained to get the skins, fur, claws and teeth. Then when you loot the body, those will be in the creature's inventory.
2. Yes. Find a campfire and "use" it. Your character will kneel in front of the campfire. Press the up arrow key and he'll start cooking. Continue to press the up arrow key over and over until all of your meat is cooked.
3. No. However, you can have someone later in the game make some armor out of a different material for you.
4. No. _________________ Freeeeeeedom! Thank heavens it's summer!

For ease of response, I've numerated your questions:
1) You simply pay for training in that skill and then you will be able to 'loot' the items from said animals.
2) Yes, go up to a little pan and use the action key and the up button. The entire cooking animation lasts for several minutes, so you should really go for the 'fast fry' method, where you press action key + up in succession as fast as you can.
3) Mmm... no, but you will be able to buy armour for ore.
4) No. You can watch your character do the animation of mining, but he will never actually become richer for doing so. _________________ Make good choices. |

Gentle Traveler in answer to your question, yes one can mine ore. But, one needsto have the correct tool. Find the tool is difficult; but not impossible. While traveling down to the bottom of the cave you should notice a slight ledge-like protusion above your head and to the right as you are going down. It takes quite a nrumber of times; but should be able to climb-jump to the ledge. Follow the ledge to the very end and jump one more time into the darkness. You might have to run and jump because there is one more ledge. If you are able to reach this ledge safely, you should find Nellik's Pickaxe. With this tool you will be able to mine ore after striking the ore three times. Good luck gentle traveler |
