You could use some graphics, instead of having plain old text and a plain background.

I dunno what graphics to use, if anyone could make me a graphic of some soldiers in a winter area with lots of destroyed buildings and explosions, like a war, that would be greatly appreciated, if someone does make it, e-mail it to me

Usually it's a good idea to have a subtle background that your text will show up well against. For instance, a faded picture of schematics for some type of military vehicle might work good. For instance, this image below, I took and increased the brightness of the pic to make it faded.

You could also tint the picture if you want to bring color to your page. But still keep the faded out feel.

Once you have a nice background image that you like, then look into arranging the text on the page. It's good to have a title. You can either use plane text or a graphic that you create. Every page you visit on RPGDot's site will always have a title, like RPGDot Forums or The Locus Inn. You might also want to use frames for easier navigation of your site. If the person viewing your webpage never has to use their browser's navigation buttons, then your website is very user friendly. Don't get too carried away with making frames however. I've seen sites with tons of frames and they are a mess.
If you're looking for images, then Google is always a good place to start looking.

You sure you uploaded the updated page and graphics? Because I don't see them.
