Skink-in-Tree's-Shade stuck making potion

I have completed all the Mages guild questes except for the Skink-In-Tree's-Shade ones (and therefore the Trebonius ones).

Whenever I talk to Skink, he tells me he is busy making a Detect Creatures potion for Edwinna.

I don't remember going to him when or if Edwinna gave me that quest (there's no mention of it in my journal). Perhaps I already had a Detect Creatures potion on me when I spoke to her and that somehow messed up the quest.

Does anyone know a way to jolt Skink out of this state?

Thanks.

Well, look like your screwed !!!!! Just kidding. I dont know what skink is doing. Maybe give Edwinna any potion of detect. Because when i did that quest he gave me the potion right away. MAybe edwinna didnt give you the quest yet.
