Ordinator attacks me in Vivec

I already post this question in general forum but it seems it is better here.

Ordinators guards of vivec wants all to kill me (not in shop only outside or in quarters).

I dont know why. I dont wear Endoran armor. I thought i kill a guard like them somewhere (i dont remember where). Perhaps this is the source of my problem.

How could i avoid that ?

I search the script or something of an ordinator guard in the editor but found nothing.

I'm not sure, it might be those two things you said, if so, then I don't think you can avoid this.
